Our company and team is growing and therefore we need to adjust our processes to better support you! We ask that you please send all future website updates/requests (Wordpress Tasks) to firstname.lastname@example.org OR login to your account and submit a support ticket so our team is able to help you faster!
Our full support team will have access to our support portal to ensure your requests can be completed as quickly as possible. You are also able to set the priority level of your request for our team to help us distinguish priority.
Reminder: Standard plan Wordpress task completion is expected to be less than 7 business days and Plus plan less than 48 business hours. Plus Plans receive priority support and are moved to the front of the line. You will now receive an automated confirmation when your ticket is delivered to our team! Urgent matters are addressed as soon as possible. You can upgade your account at any time.
